One of the beauties of Miniatur Wunderland is the amazing attention to detail. Modelers show an understanding of the way of life and demonstrate the ability to portray the essential details that we frequently manage to omit.  They also show a great sense of humor and portray items just a little bit larger than life.  Here we will show many of the small items that reward a close look at the models.
A large rock concert neets a lot of porta potties

It is not quite clear what is being launched into the lake here

A roadway barrier placed close to the end of the bridge

A fluffy rabbit locomotive

This is what happens when you come to the end of the world

Nums contemplate the end of the world

This is an opera house. Every so often the front swings open so viewers can see the detail inside.

A monorail system - cut off for easy viewing

Tremendous detail on this beach scene

Not sure what this Great Western Railway Hogwart Castle is doing here or what the figures are doing but this piece of whimsy fits in well with the humor of the exhibit.
It pays to linger and absorb the details

Cab ride to the chocolate factory. Note the magnetic coupler on the Canadian Pacific locomotive

The top video does not show the most important  feature of the chocolate factory. A foil wrapped piece of chocolate is deposited into the hopper for the kids.
